Jim Lejeal

Jim Lejeal is Chief Financial Officer at Absolute, overseeing all global finance, accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax, investor relations, and capital planning functions. He is a seven-time CFO and demonstrated financial strategist with a passion for helping software businesses scale.

Jim has held numerous financial leadership roles, including serving as the CFO of VictorOps Inc., Sphero, Inc., and Rally Software Development Corp. Throughout his successful career, Jim helped VictorOps through a successful acquisition by Splunk, scaled Sphero’s growth while balancing costs, and led successful IPOs at Crucible Acquisition Corporation, Rally Software and Raindance. His extensive experience also includes serving as CEO, COO, and CFO of various companies that he founded.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
